2. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and written confirmation is issued by us. It is the client’s responsibility to review all booking details before confirmation.
3. Payments
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or any other approved method provided by us. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed before the travel date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
5. Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD, EUR, or other specified currency. Prices may change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, government taxes, park fees, or supplier costs. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before final confirmation.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and supplier policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting non-refundable costs already incurred (e.g., park fees, hotel deposits). No refunds are provided for no-shows or unused services.
7. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons. We will always aim to provide an alternative of similar value and experience.
8. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance. We are not liable for any delays or refusals caused by incomplete or invalid documentation.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings. Twigaa Safari is not responsible for any losses or damages not covered by insurance.
10. Liability
We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, transport, parks, etc.). We are not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Clients participate in safari activities at their own risk.
11. Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation. Participation in safari activities requires reasonable physical fitness. We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is at risk.
