Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all safari bookings made with Twigaa Safari. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after Twigaa Safari receives the required deposit and issues a written Booking Confirmation.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices and payments are in Euros (€). A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or PayPal.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Charges apply to the total safari price: more than 60 days: 15%; 31–60 days: 30%; 15–30 days: 50%; less than 15 days or no-show: 100%.

4. Changes

We will do our best to accommodate requested changes, subject to availability and any additional costs. If changes are necessary for operational reasons, suitable alternatives of a comparable standard will be provided whenever reasonably possible.

5. Passports, Visas & Health

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel documents and comply with applicable health requirements.

6. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended and should include medical expenses, cancellation, personal belongings and emergency evacuation where appropriate.

7. Wildlife & Safety

Guests must follow the instructions of their guide and park regulations at all times. Wildlife is unpredictable and sightings cannot be guaranteed.

8. Liability

Twigaa Safari works with trusted suppliers and exercises reasonable care when arranging your safari. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Force Majeure

Twigaa Safari is not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government action, strikes, epidemics or transport disruptions.

10. Complaints

Please notify your guide or contact Twigaa Safari immediately if any issue arises so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

11. Governing Law

These Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
